MOCEO's Employee Ownership Ambassador Program

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Across Missouri, business owners are asking important questions about succession and legacy. MOCEO believes employee ownership could be the answer for many of these businesses. That’s why I’m excited to invite you to join MOCEO’s Employee Ownership Ambassador Program.

This program is designed for trusted business advisors and community leaders — including service providers, attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, and economic development professionals — who want to better support business owners exploring employee ownership. As an EO Ambassador, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how employee ownership works, when it makes sense, and how to confidently integrate these options into your professional toolkit.

Over the course of four weeks, you’ll explore the three primary models of employee ownership: Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), Worker Cooperatives, and Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs). With one virtual session per week and flexible independent learning modules, the program fits the schedule of busy professionals.

I hope you’ll consider joining us for this transformative experience. Together, we can shape a future where businesses flourish, employees build wealth, and communities grow stronger.

Ready to take the next step? I invite you to join the interest list for our next cohort launching in October.

Sincerely,

Julie Leonhardt
