Stronger Together: How Employee Ownership Fuels Resilience and Growth in Uncertain Times

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I want to share an upcoming event in St. Louis that could be especially valuable for you.

The Great Game of Business (GGB) Conference on September 1–3 in St. Louis brings together leaders building businesses where employees understand the business, think like owners, and act like owners. Employees learn how the business makes money, understand the numbers they can influence, and gain a clearer line of sight between their day-to-day work and the company's success.

I'll be leading a breakout session titled "Stronger Together: How Employee Ownership Fuels Resilience and Growth in Uncertain Times" on Sept. 2. We'll explore how employee ownership can build business resilience, accelerate growth, and position companies to take on challenges others might shy away from.

The GGOB conference offers practical ideas and real-world examples that organizations can take home and put into practice. Learn more and register here: 2026 Great Game of Business Conference

I'll be there and would love to see some familiar St. Louis faces join us. Hope to see you there!

Sincerely,

Julie Leonhardt
